Frequently Asked – and ANSWERED

It depends on the show. There’s Adult and Under 30 prices. Prices are “all in”. No surprises. Taxes and service charges included.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be exchanged for another performance if unable to attend.

Not this year. Due the the variety of shows and ticket prices, discounts are not available.

No. To save cost and handling fees, your tickets will be held for you at the show venue. Simply arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime and pickup your tickets at the “Will Call” counter.

All seating is “General Admission”. Part of the beauty of Outdoor Theatre is seating flexibility. However due to Covid 19, seating is well-spaced and only in designated areas. Chairs will be provided or, if you prefer, you can bring a blanket and sit on the grass.

First of all, over our years of experience with outdoor theatre it is rare to lose more than one or two shows to bad weather over a summer. Actors are hearty souls and love to perform so much that a few raindrops are only a minor annoyance.

That being said, if you have purchased a ticket for a show and that specific show is cancelled due to weather conditions, you can use that ticket for another performance of the same show (if seating is available). If it happens to be the final performance of that show, think of it as your donation to supporting the performing arts.

For our “one-off” shows/concerts (Comedy Night, Jim Bryson and the Drag Shows), we have made arrangements with the Smiths Falls Curling and Squash Club to move the show indoors. So you can confidently purchase tickets for those shows in advance.

There is plenty of FREE parking at Heritage House Museum, either in the lot between Heritage House and the Curling Club or across the road in Lower Reach Park.

There are lots of great restaurants and bars in Smiths Falls. In fact we have a separate page devoted to just that.

FYI – There is also a large picnic area at Heritage House Museum. Why not take advantage of Smiths Falls’ award-winning Picnic Program, grab a delicious picnic meal from one of the participating restaurants and dine out al fresco before, after or between shows.

We will also have a concession area featuring pop, water, baked goods and freezies on site. We accept cash and debit only!
